Inspire, Innovate and Grow, Al-Futtaim Logistics announces the future direction to the associates
Al-Futtaim Logistics organised a special half day conference to inspire, innovate and grow associates toward the future.
The conference led by Dr. Raman Kumar, Managing Director of Al-Futtaim Logistics.
The theme, taken after the Al-Futtaim Leadership Management, INSPIRE. INNOVATE. GROW covered exciting updates and opportunities on company achievements, financial performances, customer centricity, training & employee engagement, and the three-year strategy.
The conference included several panel discussions led by Management team and Business unit managers. The provoking sessions were about digital technology innovations, logistics growth & expansion, journey to achieving ambitions and effectiveness of operations for service excellence.
The event was closed by a dinner and some creative team building activities.
