Al-Futtaim Logistics recognised for excellence in Automotive and Retail Supply Chain & Logistics

Al-Futtaim Logistics was declared the winner of ‘Retail Supply Chain of the Year’ and 'Automotive Supply Chain of the Year’ at the annual Logistics Middle East Awards, held on 17th April in Dubai. This is the sixth consecutive year Al-Futtaim Logistics has been recognised as Award winning logistics player in the Middle East.
Al-Futtaim Logistics was awarded for its ongoing excellence in strategic planning and technological development. In the year 2017, key achievements in Retail Logistics were centred on the ‘Efficiencies in Supply Chain’ transforming the supply chain journeys of many Al-Futtaim Logistics customers. Through this journey, we have enabled retailers to control their cost, reach new markets and increase their retail footprints.
In the Automotive sector, Al-Futtaim Logistics is recognised for its leading finished vehicle distribution practices, cost effective solution to its key clientele without compromising on quality and service levels; the delivery to the end customer today is completed within 48 hours with world class service levels for damage control.

The Logistics Middle East Awards, hosted by Logistics Middle East, the region’s leading logistics and supply chain focused title by ITP Media Group,are a celebration of excellence among the supply chain and logistics communities in the Middle East. The awards feature 15 categories, with trophies awarded in key industry verticals of the wider regional economy, from manufacturing and traditional retail to e-commerce and energy.
The nominations for the awards were judged by an expert panel of industry experts, consultants and training specialists.
